TONY MAAZ, MANAGING DIRECTOR

Tony has developed and constructed many residential and commercial projects in Sydney, from duplexes to multi-million dollar commercial developments.

With over 12 years of experience in the construction industry, he is a dedicated, highly qualified and licensed builder.

His experience and knowledge is a valuable resource and his hands-on approach in the field ensures projects are run to schedule.

ROBERT FIELDING, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Robert has 42 years of experience in public practice, including 25 years in the construction industry. He is an expert in compliance and HOW eligibility and has worked with many NSW builders to develop a growth strategy to become a tier one builder.

Robert’s experience covers operations, strategy, business process outsourcing, marketing, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions.

STEPHEN SANTELMANN, CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Steve is a construction professional with over 20 years experience.
His career success include both commercial and residential projects in Construction and Project Management roles.

He maintains profitability through his extensive negotiation and estimation skills. His reputation for the highest level of quality, with strict deadline management and contractor organisation are his key strengths.

MARK BATGER, ESTIMATING MANAGER

Mark has extensive experience in project management across government, residential, industrial and infrastructure projects. Working with all levels of management he has prepared detailed estimates for thousands of projects worth billions of dollars and has a reputation for delivering results on time and on budget.

Mark has developed a skill base that has equipped him to take on complex projects and enables him to add value to the design process through to contract development, costing analysis and project management.

LUCILLE SUTTON, OPERATIONS MANAGER

Lucille has more than 25 years of experience in a corporate management environment. She has a successful track record of combining strategic, financial and operational expertise to facilitate business efficiency and achieve long-term growth strategies.

Her experience in the construction industry includes research, contract administration, business development planning and internal systems.
